In-Home Project Consultation
$200 | 60 minutes
Home Reset Session, Room Vision Design Plan and Full Room Styling & Design projects begin with a visit to your home. We’ll walk through the space and clarify your goals to determine the right level of support. The consultation fee is paid at booking and applied in full when you move forward with your selected service within 30 days. When services are combined, the consultation is charged only once.
The consultation fee is nonrefundable. An in-home visit is optional for Intentional Sourcing.
Home Reset Session
Starting at $595 per room
A thoughtful refresh that begins with the pieces you already own.
After the consultation, I’ll create a plan for the room before returning to edit, rearrange and restyle your existing furnishings. If something is missing, I’ll identify the additions that would complete the space. Intentional Sourcing can be added when you’d like help finding them.
Best for: Rooms with a solid foundation that need better flow, a fresh perspective and a few thoughtful finishing pieces.
Room Vision Design Plan
Starting at $995 per room
See how the whole room comes together before you begin.
Following the consultation, I’ll translate your goals into a visual roadmap that brings layout, color, materials and key selections into one cohesive direction. You’ll have a plan to implement at your own pace, with confidence in every decision.
Best for: Homeowners who want key design decisions mapped out but prefer to handle purchasing and installation themselves.
Intentional Sourcing
Starting at $500
For the pieces your home has been missing.
Whether you’re searching for artwork, lighting, furniture or the finishing detail that brings a room together, I’ll find a piece with character, craftsmanship and meaning that feels at home in your space.
Your investment includes:
- Sourcing for up to two individual pieces or coordinated sets
- One thoughtfully chosen recommendation for each need
- Up to two alternate options if the initial recommendation doesn’t feel aligned
Broader needs, such as artwork or textiles for an entire room, are quoted separately.
Best for: Clients who know what their space needs but want a discerning eye to help them find it.
Full Room Styling & Design
Design fees beginning at $2,500 per room
A complete room, thoughtfully considered from the first idea to the final layer.
For rooms ready for a greater transformation, I’ll develop the design and manage the details that bring it to life. From layout and furnishings to lighting, textiles, artwork and finishing touches, each element will be chosen for its character, function and contribution to the room as a whole.
Your project includes:
- Design concept, palette and furniture plan
- Furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork and accessory selections
- Design presentation and one round of revisions
- Purchasing and order management
- Installation planning and final styling
Best for: Homeowners who want a trusted partner to carry the room from concept through completion.
Furnishings, delivery and receiving costs, trade labor and a 15% procurement fee are additional.
